battery cover is used for making batteries. Usually, we can use stainless steel 304, 316 and brass to make. Considering the special features of this product, conductivity is very important, so we advise to use brass. But you know, brass is easily turning green, so it's much better to plate a layer of Ni or other element  on brass surface. Then the products will look very nice in high quality.

Our factory is located in Hebei province about 2 hours driving from the capital airport. Which is covered with 20,000 square meters.

Workshop equipment:

machines: 7 machines for weight 900 tons to 63 tons and 4 machines for machining center, 12 machines for CNC and other more than 40 normal machines. We have 1 equipment for three coordinates measuring and any other infiltration, shot blasting, washing and pressure testing equipments.

Post processing machine: Drill machine, multipoint drill machine, Dull polish machine, Polishing machine, Slinging machine, Cylinder processing machine, lapping machine, punching, and baking finish equipment.
