Die-casting and punching department:
Our factory is located in Hebei province about 2 hours driving from the capital airport. Which is covered with 20,000 square meters.
Workshop equipment:
Die casting machine: 7 machines for weight 900 tons to 63 tons and 4 machines for machining center, 12 machines for CNC and other more than 40 normal machines. We have 1 equipment for three coordinates measuring and any other infiltration, shot blasting, washing and pressure testing equipments.
Post processing machine: Drill machine, multipoint drill machine, Dull polish machine, Polishing machine, Slinging machine, Cylinder processing machine, lapping machine, punching, and baking finish equipment.
Production range
Most of our production is automobile parts, meter, instrument casting and other productions for civil and industry use, we have professional fixture and testing tools for many required production which can fit various machinofactures’ capacity.
